I started this blog because when I lay down at night, numbers keep me awake.

My name is Jennifer.  I am a wife, mother & homemaker in the incredibly expensive Silicon Valley.  While we don’t struggle to make ends meet, it does take some dollar stretching in order for me to stay at home.

I have a wonderful husband named John.  He’s my rock.  I have a beautiful one-year-old son named Mikey.  He’s my sunshine.  I have a pug named Elvis.  He’s a fur-shedding snuggle-machine.

I find this journey of motherhood and personal finance to be an interesting one.  Hopefully, you will, too.
